Phenomenal release from one of the originators of Viking Metal. Perfect mid-paced tempos with a strong traditional metal influence. The bass really drives the rhythm section and it's great to hear an instrument properly utilized that is too often neglected in the extreme metal genre. This whole release will keep the metal grimace on your face and rowing hard until you make landfall. Cannot wait for their next release! Rycraft
